• User authentication is handled through the Microsoft Azure MSAL service, ensuring a secure environment for logging in and out. Password management, including retrieval and changes, is facilitated within Microsoft platforms, known for their high security standards in online services and Software as a Service (SaaS) provision. This setup guarantees that only authenticated clients and authorized individuals can access the platform
• All communications between clients and the application are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. This prevents eavesdropping and tampering of sensitive data during transmission
